CHANGES AHEAD
With the government’s recent announcements and easing of lockdown more businesses and organisations are now able to re-open their doors, as long as they can demonstrate they are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that they are Covid Safe.
At Working Together we have been talking to Shropshire Council, our insurance company and the Furniture Scheme, to understand what measures will need to be in place for us to go back safely to the Rockspring Centre.
This is the first step on the journey to, hopefully, being able to open our doors again for face-face activities.
Being Covid Safe is a top priority for our members, our staff and our volunteers and to start with things are likely to have to be a bit different.
We won’t be able to have as many people in the building at any one time because we will need to social distance and we may not be able to offer all the same activities as before until we are sure it’s safe to do so.
Some people might still be shielding or may not be able, or want, to return just yet. For members who need to stay at home we will continue to stay in contact, providing support and activities as we have been
doing over the past 15 weeks.
The views of our members, their families and carers are very important to us as we start to plan ahead. We need to understand who might be able to return to Rockspring and what activities you would like us to try to offer safely.
We’ve put together a little questionnaire for you to complete.

We look forward to hearing your views…
Skittles Rainbows
Some of our members have been making rainbows to show their support for the NHS and key workers.
Max, from Youth Club, made a very colourful rainbow with Skittles – and it looks fantastic! Well done Max!
